Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Manufacturers Defects Warranty
Our products have a two (2) months limited warranty directly with Peachy and Banana that covers manufacturing defects. (For damages occurred during shipping, please check our Shipping Damages Procedure section below).
In order to receive a replacement for the product within the two months of purchase date, please complete the following instructions:
* Contact us directly with your return request.
*Explain what the issue is.
* We will provide an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) for approved items.
* Pack all items to be returned in a shipping box.
* Write a list of every item and place it inside the shipping box.
* Write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping box to expedite the return process.
* Once the return is received and processed by us, a credit will be issued to you.
Peachy and Banana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
After the two months period please contact the manufacturer directly. Some manufacturers provide warranty.
Gender X, Evolved Novelties and Zero Tolerance has a limited five-year warranty against any mechanical or material defects. Directly with the manufacturer.
Shipping Damages Procedure
Peachy and Banana packs every order with care to assure your purchase arrives safely. If you receive an order with items damaged within the inner box (with no outer box damage), please report this to Peachy and Banana within 7 days from receipt.
In the rare occurrence that the items inside move around enough to damage packaging, we will make every effort to correct it and, when available, we will send replacement packaging. If replacement packaging is not available, we can assist you in returning the damaged product.
If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery (most immediately possible). Please make sure the driver notates the damage. In the case you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, make sure to provide the carrier with the following:
• Pictures and documentation of the damage.
• The original cartons and packing material, to be inspected by the carrier. (This is required by all carriers.)
• Original sales invoice for cost reimbursement.
Once you receive your claim reference number, contact Peachy and Banana so we can be there to support you in the process.
If for some reason you need help in filing a claim, we are happy to assist in the process, help track your claim’s progress and do what we can to get your claim successfully resolved.
